ABOUT US
Systems Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Wade Mathis, Russell Perdue and Robert Boyatt with the idea that Central Florida was underserved with quality low voltage HVAC control installation contractors. While success came early, Wade Mathis made the decision to pursue other endeavors and left the company in 2003. In 2008, Dane Polidore was promoted to Operations Manager and, through his continued improvement of the operation, has elevated himself to a minority ownership position.
Systems Services, Inc. is currently the largest privately-owned low voltage HVAC installation contractor in the State of Florida. Systems Services continues to grow, hire locally, contribute to the community and has expanded from humble beginnings to the widely trusted and reputable operation it is today.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Systems Services Inc. serves markets from the Panhandle to Miami concentrating on Central Florida, Tampa, and the Space Coast. Systems Services, Inc is consistently dedicated to the quality installation of Building Automation and Equipment Controls for a diverse portfolio of clients across several industries.
The company has been integral in the construction of numerous Central Florida landmarks including Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, The Amway Center, Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando City Soccer Stadium, Florida Hospital Apopka, FAMRC, Lake County Courthouse, Universal Studios, 55 West Apartments and dozens of regional public schools.
